Pegasys is focused on creating cutting-edge solutions for the Customer Service industry, solutions that complement your business and improve its efficiency and bottom line. Founded on a humble platform and with the idea of developing ingenious solutions for the customer service industry, Pegasys achieved quick success with its first and flagship product – the Pegasys Call Center Solution.
 
Within a short span of four years, Pegasys has quickly grown from its base in Pune, India to Center in Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania and boast of nearly 83 installations across 2 countries. Success has also brought new partners and we today have a strong network of engineers, specialists and consultants in the industry.
 
Our passion for cutting-edge technology and research has helped us develop many more insightful and innovative solutions for customer service. These include Call Center Systems, Helpdesk Solutions, Workforce Management Solutions, and Computerized Assessment Solutions. Each solution is careful chosen and has been tested for full scale integration.
